What size company can use StormPro Max Software?
Any size company can make use of our on-demand stormwater management solution. We have customers that manage one site/ permit, to customers that manage over 500.
Is compliance really necessary?
Compliance with NPDES water quality regulations is federally mandated and delegated to most states. StormPro Max takes the guess work out of stormwater compliance management.
Do I need to have an IT administrator?
No, Storm-Pro Max administers everything. The only thing you will need is an appointed account administrator (this is to add users and Permits)
Is training included in the cost?
Basic training is included in the cost of StormPro. More advanced training can be purchased. Our assurance to you is that you will be completely trained on the management basics before any charges will apply.
Can you private label StormPro Software?
Yes, StormPro can be private labeled. Simply send us your logo and we will provide a link with you login page completely customized with your logo. Your logo will also display on every page and every report.
Is StormPro for Builders/Developers, or Inspection Companies?
Both, StormPro can be used either way. Developers can have all of their NPDES permits on the system, and then through our advance sharing capabilities you can give access to your third parties (inspection / BMP companies). Or Inspection / BMP companies can use StormPro management software and give access to their customers.
Can I use StormPro for internal audits of my sites?
StormPro charges by the permit, so you can perform as many inspections as you would like, this includes Weekly and Rainfall event inspections as well as creating and audit profile for you internal company representative can audit your inspection company.
Is my Data Secure and backed up?
Yes, StormPro provides 128 bit encryption as well as daily back ups
Will StormPro alert me if an inspection is missed?
Yes, StormPro will notify you if an inspection is missed. The system will notify you at customized intervals (up to three) if any inspection is missed.
What if a corrective action is not completed by my third party within the time frame allowed by my permit?
You can customize each permit to notify you at whatever intervals you would like to be notified if a corrective action is not complete.
Do I have to use all of the modules to make the system work?
No, All of the basics for permit compliance comes with the system, this includes, Inspections due reminders, corrective action reminders, inspections, corrective actions, management reporting, and Site / Permit tracking.
Can I track each lot in my community?
Yes, on the permit detail page you can add all of your lots through our “lot wizard”, then on your inspections you can choose each lot, or just add a global comment with BMP’s that are needed or other corrective actions that need to be preformed.
Do I need internet connectivity in the field?
No, through field pro, you can synchronize in the morning at any hot spot, perform all of your inspections, then data sync in the evening. All of your inspections, comments, and pictures will sync to the web.
Can I have a distribution list for each permit?
Yes, simply add their name to the contacts of the permit, and check “distribution list”.
Can I update my site map using the field application?
Yes, you can update your site map either on the web, or on the field application.
Will I be charged if I forget to cancel after my 30 day trial?
After thirty days you will be contacted by a StormPro representative. If the software is not something that will help your organization, simply cancel and no charges will apply.
Can StormPro be customized?
Yes, any part of the management system can be customized to suit your needs.
Will StormPro increase or cut cost?
The StormPro program reduces the need for additional compliance personnel. Organizations can have one person that has complete access to all of the permits. Simply by viewing the dashboard a manager can see at a glance if any compliance issues are pending. This eliminates the need for additional personnel at the site level.
Can I add my own BMP’s to the system?
Yes, each account can have their own list of BMP’s
Is Tech Support Available?
Yes, Tech support is offered 24/7 through our online ticket submission.
Do I need to install any special software on our company servers?
No, all you need is high speed internet connectivity. You will need to install FieldPro if you are performing inspections without an internet connection.
